Cancellation/Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with everything you purchase from Oh Doughnuts, however we understand plans change. Due to the freshness of our products, there are some restrictions regarding refunds and cancellations. All cancellations are subject to the owner’s discretion.

Our doughnuts are made with great care by our team. We use fresh, quality ingredients to ensure that all of our products are delicious. As we are not an allergen free kitchen, all products may have come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, eggs, wheat, milk, and other allergens. We will try our best to minimize cross contamination, so please be clear about allergy concerns and requirements when placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any 100% guarantees.

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, with enough notice we will issue a refund for your order total minus the processing fees. Our payment processor, Square, does not refund these fees to us when we request a refund. A refund will be made back to the payment credit card (for website orders). Orders placed in store and paid with cash or debit will be refunded the same way payment was made.

Please provide as much notice as possible. If less than 8 hours notice of cancellation has been provided, a full refund may not be possible (for instance, if we have already packed your order and there are allergens in your order that affect the other doughnuts, we may not be able to sell those doughnuts. Or if we have already left with your order and started our delivery route, we may not be able to cancel delivery). We only have one delivery driver and one van, so even though your delivery order may be for 12-1:30pm, our driver likely leaves the shop with your order around 8am.

All orders that have not been picked up by the end of the day or were not present for delivery will not receive a refund or store credit. We will try our absolute best to contact you with the information provided for pick up or delivery. Please be sure to be present during your allotted pick up time slot and provide the best phone number for contact. We will hold the doughnuts until we close for the day. Adjustments to pick up times are usually possible, although our latest pick up time is usually 2:30pm (in case we sell out early). Please contact us if you need to change your pick up time.

For delivery orders, we will attempt delivery within the window provided. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific time within the selected time frame. If we attempt delivery within the time frame and are unable to deliver the order for reasons outside of our control (the delivery information was incorrect, the contact information is incorrect, we cannot access the delivery address [it is in an apartment building], no one is home to accept delivery, or the weather does not allow us to leave the order at the door step – i.e it is too hot or raining), we will attempt to contact the customer. If we are unable to reach someone, we will wait 5-10 minutes and try again. If after 15 minutes we are not able to reach someone, we will take the order back to the shop (3-1194 Taylor Ave) and make it available for pick up. Unfortunately, if we attempt delivery and are not able to deliver for reasons outside our control, we will not be able to replace the order another day or issue a refund.

Refunds must be approved by Management.
